AWS Integrates New Relic with Amazon Quick for Enhanced Observability Insights

Amazon Web Services has introduced an integration between Amazon Quick and New Relic, aimed at improving how organizations access and analyze observability data. The integration enables users to query application performance metrics and logs from New Relic using natural language through Amazon Quick. This allows developers and operations teams to retrieve insights without manually navigating dashboards or writing complex queries. The company said, " Quick Flows can also invoke New Relic AI agents to automate recurring triage runbooks or escalation workflows."

Amazon Quick is AWS’s generative AI assistant for enterprise applications. By connecting it with New Relic’s observability platform, AWS aims to streamline troubleshooting and performance analysis across cloud environments.

The feature is designed to help teams identify issues, understand system behavior and respond more quickly to incidents by making observability data more accessible. As cloud environments grow more complex, organizations are increasingly looking for ways to simplify monitoring and analysis. The New Relic integration with Amazon Quick is available in all AWS Regions where Amazon Quick is available.
