One Amazon Skill Cracks Top 10 in 2025 Tech Salaries Report
Careers firm Dice is out with a mammoth 2025 tech salary report in which one Amazon skill cracked the top 10 list.
In fact, those skilled in Amazon Redshift received the largest percentage salary increase among the top 10 skills that paid the most in 2024, according to the Dice Tech Salary Report 2025.
As can be seen in the screenshot below, Amazon Redshift expertise provided a 15 percent salary boost (up to $134,103) in 2024 from the prior year.

Amazon Redshift is a fully managed, petabyte-scale data warehouse service in the AWS cloud. It helps users analyze large amounts of data quickly and cost-effectively using existing business intelligence tools

The cloud computing skill, meanwhile, saw a 2024 salary of $124,796, with no increase from 2023.
Methodology, Dice said, involved a survey administered online by Dice.com among registered Dice job seekers and site visitors between Aug. 30, 2024, and Nov. 6, 2024. Respondents were invited to participate in the survey in two ways: via an email invitation to Dice's registered (searchable) database members; and through a notification via website banner on Dice.com user profile page. A total of 2,835 completed surveys are represented (excluding unemployed respondents, students, incomplete responses and those who work outside of the U.S.).
