Bonitasoft Partners with AWS for Low-Code Offering
Bonitasoft announced a partnership with Amazon Web Services Inc. (AWS) to let organizations operate the Bonita open source, low-code development platform with AWS cloud technology.
The company specializes in helping organizations create low-code business process management and digital transformation software. It claims to be the largest open source provider of such software. In addition to the open source version, the company also offers a subscription version with professional support and advanced features.
Version 7.6 of the Bonita platform -- announced in conjunction with the AWS partnership -- comes with a new add-on called Bonita Continuous Delivery, designed to reduce the time needed to deploy the platform to just a few minutes via automatic provisioning.
When added to the platform, that module can tie in to Ansible and Docker technologies for such provisioning. The company said Bonita applications are fully compatible with on-premises and AWS cloud deployment.
"With cloud-based access though AWS, digital process applications on the Bonita platform are easily highly distributed and secure," said Miguel Valdes Faura, CEO and founder of Bonitasoft, in a news release. "We are pleased to have AWS as part of our partner ecosystem."
