Itelligence Boosts Its SAP Offerings with AWS Pact
SAP services provider Itelligence this week announced a collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS) aimed at bolstering its portfolio of SAP solutions.
Announced Monday, the partnership aims to bring Itelligence customers "solutions to migrate, implement, monitor, manage and optimize workloads running on the SAP HANA platform, SAP Hybris Commerce and SAP S/4HANA on AWS," the company said.
Itelligence and AWS will jointly develop a model to integrate Itelligence's SAP solutions with AWS. Upcoming solutions from the two companies will include SAP managed services on AWS, migration services to bring SAP and SAP S/4HANA customers to the AWS cloud, and proofs of concepts.
"The solutions will enable clients to seamlessly integrate AWS services into their strategy for running SAP software and run end-to-end managed services for SAP S/4HANA on AWS," Itelligence said in its press release. "For Web-focused e-commerce platforms like SAP Hybris Commerce, Itelligence and AWS provide a joint solution with increased flexibility. Options of packaged proofs of concepts and smooth switching between Itelligence and AWS enable customers to quickly see their future state and to free up valuable resources to focus on innovation."
Itelligence will also leverage AWS' infrastructure for business continuity and disaster recovery. This means Itelligence customers will be able to use AWS to add another layer of data protection for their SAP workloads. It will also enable Itelligence to expand its own disaster recovery capabilities to more regions worldwide.
"With the ever-increasing relevance of SAP S/4HANA in both public and hybrid cloud solutions, our clients are expecting secure, hybrid, hyperscale solutions," said Lars Janitz, head of Global Managed Services at Itelligence, in a prepared statement. "This exciting collaboration between Itelligence and AWS joins hyperscale cloud capabilities and expertise in SAP S/4HANA."
